We have some new interns at 31Volts and it’s always a challenge to get people up to speed with Service design. What are good resources -blogs, articles, presentations and books- ?
Instead of telling everyone individually, I thought I might as well share the blogs I have in my “Service design” bloglines folder. Here they are in totally random order:
- Adaptive path
- ThinkPublic
- Logic+Emotion
- Design for Service
- DesignThinkers
- Buena vista
- Choosenick!
- STBY
- Redjotter
- Peter Merholz
- del.icio.us Service design feed
- Twitter Service design feed
- Putting people first (thanks Jeff)
What do you think, am I missing out on something?
If I can find some time I’ll make a blogpost with the collection of online presentations I always refer to.

Hi Marc,
I’d add Experientia’s “Putting People First” weblog to the list. They have a service design category that frequently turns up good content.
Frontier’s new weblog is also worth checking in on from time to time.
Two more blogs for your list Marc,
Both government/public service focused and with a technology edge…enjoy!
