Service Design blogs and related sites overview

We have some new interns at 31Volts and it’s always a challenge to get people up to speed with Service design. What are good resources -blogs, articles, presentations and books- ?

Instead of telling everyone individually, I thought I might as well share the blogs I have in my “Service design” bloglines folder. Here they are in totally random order:

What do you think, am I missing out on something?

If I can find some time I’ll make a blogpost with the collection of online presentations I always refer to.

    Hi Marc,

    I’d add Experientia’s “Putting People First” weblog to the list. They have a service design category that frequently turns up good content.

    Frontier’s new weblog is also worth checking in on from time to time.
