		<description>I agree that the grids worked really well, Anouk. On the side of the users it helped them wonderfully in focusing there energy and attention. 

As a means of presentation I think it kept a nice balance between a structure to make the research data accessible and a platform in which they felt free to find there own way. Certainly the persona grids were used in a very creative way and did not hold them back.

Putting this set of grids together took some 4 or 6 hours, but was really worth it!</description>
