Free Notepad Template for (service design) Research Kits

We were asked wether we would be willing to share some of our research grids. We designed these for a project to use as the basis for a research kit. Reviewing our latest projects we found loads of material that could be the basis for your research or (co-)design tools.

We’ve decided to share some of our material for all you service designers to use. Starting of with our 3 Notepad Grids. We’ve used these in a research project where managers were the researchers themselves and we used the grids in workshops for consultancy firms who wanted to learn more about service design methodology.
We’ll be posting more of these in the coming weeks.

As a typefase we love the Sketch but you can make your own.
